Accommodated Exam Registration Guidelines

ALL accommodated exams must be registered by students according to the following deadline:

• A rolling deadline of 8-days before the date of the exam.
• A hard deadline of November 19th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT for the Fall 2024 term.

Register your exams as soon as you receive your course outlines:

• Select the Schedule a test, mid-term or quiz tab.
• Follow the prompts.
• Confirm that you have successfully registered your exams in the My Schedule/My Upcoming Events links. You will receive an automated email confirmation of your exam registration if you completed the procedure correctly. Please retain this email for your records.

We encourage you to register your exams as early as possible--even if their dates remain tentative--as it can take considerable time to organize exam accommodations. Register now!

Please promptly email arrec@ualberta.ca when

• you have exams scheduled to occur in the first week of class(es) in your course(s).
• you have questions, or need to revise or cancel your exam booking.
