ClockWork Instructor Services

Thank you for supporting your students' equitable course participation. Please use this section to:

  • view accommodations that have been approved for your students; and
  • provide accurate details about your upcoming class exams (including quizzes, tests, midterms, and finals).

In the navigation bar:

  • select the Courses tab to view course listings and to view and add tests and exams for the current term.
  • select the Accommodation letters tab to view Letters of Accommodation for your current students.
  • select the Help tab to return to this page.

Attention:
  • There is a rolling five-day deadline for submitting TERM EXAM details and proctoring services requests through the Instructor Services portal.
  • The deadline for submitting FINAL EXAM details and proctoring services requests is March 28th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Please note:

  • All exams (including quizzes, tests, midterms, and finals) must be registered by students in ClockWork by published deadlines for students to access their approved exam accommodations.
  • You may submit exam materials closer to the exam date by emailing dosproc@ualberta.ca or by dropping off physical copies in the Central Academic Building (CAB), room 295, during university business hours.
