Instructor Services

Welcome to the Instructor Services portal. You can use this section to:

• View accommodations that have been assigned to your students
• Tell us about your upcoming course exams

In the navigation bar:

• select the Courses tab to view course listings and to view and add tests and exams for the current term.
• select the Accommodation Letters tab to view accommodation letters for the current term.
• select the Help tab to return to this page.

Please Note:

• For remote exam delivery, instructors only need to upload course exams to the Instructor Services portal if our office needs to convert the exams to alternate formats (e.g., audio files, electronic braille, e-text accessible formats, hardcopy formats). If conversion to alternate formats is required, please upload the exam on this page a minimum of three full business days before the exam date to allow sufficient time for exam conversion.
• Updated information on remote delivery exam accommodations is available here.
• The Academic Success Centre/Accessibility Resources is not proctoring exams until further notice.
• Instructors only need to complete one exam authorization for each exam in each course section, regardless of the number of students writing accommodated exams in the course section.
