ClockWork Instructor Services

Thank you for supporting your students' equitable course participation. Please use this section to:

view accommodations that have been approved for your students; and

provide accurate details about your upcoming class exams.

In the navigation bar:

select the Courses tab to view course listings and to view and add exams for the current term.

select the Accommodation letters tab to view Letters of Accommodation for your current students.

select the Help tab to return to this page.

Attention:

Instructors must complete the Instructor Information tab per exam for Winter 2025 exams, quizzes, & tests by the rolling 5-day deadline per exam and the hard deadline of Monday, March 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MT to guarantee proctoring support.

Instructors who missed the deadlines above for requesting proctoring services may submit a Late Request for Proctoring Services using the following Google Form: Late Request for Proctoring Services Form.

All exams must be registered by students in ClockWork by published deadlines for students to access their approved exam accommodations.

You may submit exam materials closer to the exam date by emailing ascproctoringservices@ualberta.ca or by dropping off physical copies in the Central Academic Building (CAB), room 295, during university business hours.
