ClockWork Instructor Services
Thank you for supporting your students' equitable course participation. Please use this section to:

  • view accommodations that have been approved for your students; and
  • provide accurate details about your upcoming class exams.

In the navigation bar:

  • select the Courses tab to view course listings and to view and add exams for the current term.
  • select the Accommodation letters tab to view Letters of Accommodation for your current students.
  • select the Help tab to return to this page.

Attention:

  • Instructors must complete the Instructor Information tab per exam for Spring 2025 exams, quizzes, & tests by the rolling 5-day deadline per exam to guarantee proctoring support.
  • Instructors who missed the deadlines above for requesting proctoring services may submit a Late Request for Proctoring Services using the following Google Form: Late Request for Proctoring Services Form.
  • Due to the Proctoring Services's Spring and Summer restricted operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., all accommodated exams scheduled to start or to end after 4:00 p.m. will be automatically rescheduled to conclude by 4:00 p.m. Should you have any concerns regarding this adjustment, please do not hesitate to contact ascproc@ualberta.ca or call +1 (780) 492-9816.

  • All exams must be registered by students in ClockWork by published deadlines for students to access their approved exam accommodations.
  • You may submit exam materials closer to the exam date by emailing ascproc@ualberta.ca or by dropping off physical copies in the Central Academic Building (CAB), room 295, during university business hours.
