Please wait until the new system is ready in mid-June before submitting your Summer information.
Simple step-by-step instructions will be available, and staff will be ready to assist with any questions.
ClockWork Instructor Services
Thank you for supporting your students' equitable course participation. Please use this section to:
- view accommodations that have been approved for your students; and
- provide accurate details about your upcoming class exams.
In the navigation bar:
- select the Courses tab to view course listings and to view and add exams for the current term.
- select the Accommodation letters tab to view Letters of Accommodation for your current students.
- select the Help tab to return to this page.
Attention:
- Instructors must complete the Instructor Information tab per exam for Spring 2025 exams, quizzes, & tests by the rolling 5-day deadline per exam to guarantee proctoring support.
- Instructors who missed the deadlines above for requesting proctoring services may submit a Late Request for Proctoring Services using the following Google Form: Late Request for Proctoring Services Form.
- Due to the Proctoring Services's Spring and Summer restricted operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., all accommodated exams scheduled to start or to end after 4:00 p.m. will be automatically rescheduled to conclude by 4:00 p.m. Should you have any concerns regarding this adjustment, please do not hesitate to contact ascproc@ualberta.ca or call +1 (780) 492-9816.

- All exams must be registered by students in ClockWork by published deadlines for students to access their approved exam accommodations.
- You may submit exam materials closer to the exam date by emailing ascproc@ualberta.ca or by dropping off physical copies in the Central Academic Building (CAB), room 295, during university business hours.
